It's been a whirlwind trying to get prepared for this moment and, if we don't sell quickly, it could just be the beginning of a hard road. Keeping a house show ready with a busy toddler will definitely be quite the challenge. Everyone out there please cross your fingers and toes that the perfect buyer gives us an offer after the open house on Sunday! It would be great to get this part of the process over with quickly so we can move forward on all fronts.

With all of your classy and beautiful remodeling and landscaping I would think those seeing it would fall in love with the house and grounds IMMEDIATELY. We'll keep our fingers crossed for you!
